Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for DupeDJ subscriptions, one-time purchases, and Lifetime licenses. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Auto-Renewal Policy, and any checkout disclosures shown at the time of purchase.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Sindro LLC offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on eligible DupeDJ purchases, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime licenses.
If you are not satisfied for any reason within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal payment, email billing@dupedj.com from the email address associated with your account and we will process a refund, subject to this policy and applicable law.
2. How Refunds Are Paid
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment processor used for the original transaction.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days after processing, although timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
- Sindro LLC is not responsible for third-party fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency-conversion provider.
3. Subscriptions
For monthly and yearly subscriptions:
- You may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of an initial subscription charge or renewal charge.
- After thirty (30) days, refunds are generally not provided except where required by law or where Sindro LLC determines, in its discretion, that a refund or pro-rated credit is appropriate due to a product fault, billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstance.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. To request a refund, you must contact billing@dupedj.com.
- You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard at dupedj.com, through the billing portal if available, or by emailing billing@dupedj.com.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is issued earlier. If a refund is issued, the associated paid license or subscription access may be revoked.
4. Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses are refundable within thirty (30) days of purchase.
After thirty (30) days, Lifetime licenses are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Sindro LLC determines, in its discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to a product fault, billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstance.
The term “Lifetime” has the meaning described in the Terms of Service. If Sindro LLC ceases to operate DupeDJ entirely, please see the Terms of Service section regarding service discontinuation and Lifetime licenses (§12.3).
5. Failed Payments, Refunds, Chargebacks, and License Revocation
If a payment fails, is reversed, is refunded, or is subject to a chargeback, Sindro LLC may suspend or revoke the associated license, subscription, or account access.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@dupedj.com before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue quickly.
A revoked license may stop permitting paid operations, including file move or delete operations, after the next online validation. Scanning and viewing locally stored results may remain available where technically supported by the application.
6. EU, UK, and Other Consumer Rights
Consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have statutory refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.
For consumers in the EEA and UK, online purchases may include a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal. For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be affected once access, download, activation, or use begins. Our thirty (30) day money-back guarantee applies in addition to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@dupedj.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
- The order ID, Stripe receipt, or account email.
- The product or subscription you want refunded.
- A short note about why you are requesting the refund, which is optional but helpful.
We aim to respond within two (2) business days.
