Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Sindro LLC offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on all DupeDJ purchases — including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime licenses. If you are not satisfied for any reason within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal payment, email billing@dupedj.com from the address on file and we'll process a full refund.
2. How refunds are paid out
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Typical settlement: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Sindro LLC does not refund applicable third-party fees (e.g., currency conversion charged by your card issuer).
3. Subscriptions
For monthly and yearly subscriptions:
- Within 30 days of any charge (initial or renewal), you may request a full refund.
- After 30 days, refunds are at Sindro LLC's sole discretion. We'll generally pro-rate for clear product faults; otherwise we recommend cancelling so you're not charged again.
- Cancelling does NOT automatically refund the current period — ask for the refund explicitly.
- You can cancel anytime through your dashboard at dupedj.com or by emailing billing@dupedj.com.
4. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are refundable within thirty (30) days of purchase. After thirty (30) days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable. If Sindro LLC ceases to operate DupeDJ entirely, see Terms of Service §12.3 regarding pro-rata refunds at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks and license revocation
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us, or if a refund is processed outside of this policy, the associated license will be revoked. The desktop app validates licenses with our server; on next validation a revoked license will stop permitting file move and delete operations. Scanning and viewing previous results remains available.
6. EU consumer rights
Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for digital products. By purchasing and beginning to use the software during the 14-day period, you may waive that right with respect to immediately-supplied digital content; our 30-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@dupedj.com from the address on file with:
- The order ID or Stripe receipt email
- A short note about why you're requesting the refund (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within two (2) business days.
