How do I activate my license?

Open DupeDJ, go to Settings, and enter your license key. You can find your key on your dashboard after signing in.

Can I use DupeDJ on multiple computers?

The Free plan and Personal plan support 1 computer. Pro supports up to 3. Lifetime is unlimited. You can deactivate a machine from Settings or your dashboard to free up a slot.

Will DupeDJ delete my files?

No. By default, DupeDJ moves duplicates to a separate folder so you can review them. You choose whether to delete. Nothing is permanent without your explicit confirmation.

How do I request a refund?

Email billing@dupedj.com (or support@dupedj.com) within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy at dupedj.com/refund for full details.

Is my music uploaded to the cloud?

No. Scanning and processing happens locally on your computer. For Pro and Lifetime users with library sync enabled, only audio fingerprints (not the audio itself) are sent to our servers.
