End User License Agreement (EULA)

Preamble

By installing, copying, or otherwise using DupeDJ (“Software”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Sindro LLC, a California limited liability company with a mailing address of 853 9th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90403, USA (“Sindro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Agreement is supplemented by Sindro's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy , which are incorporated by reference. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service control for any account, subscription, billing, or website-use matter; this Agreement controls for use of the locally-installed Software.

1. License Grant

Sindro LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of machines permitted by your current license tier:

• Trial: 1 machine, time- and move-limited (currently 7 days / 25 moves)
• Personal: 1 machine, unlimited moves
• Pro: Up to 3 machines, unlimited moves, priority support
• Lifetime: Unlimited machines, unlimited moves, priority support

Exact numeric limits in effect at any time are published at dupedj.com/pricing and enforced by the license server.

2. Restrictions

You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as required by applicable law; (b) rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software or your license key; (c) remove proprietary notices; (d) use the Software for unlawful purposes; or (e) circumvent license-enforcement mechanisms. 3. Data and Privacy

Audio files never leave your machine. Audio fingerprints may be transmitted only for cross-machine sync (Pro/Lifetime, opt-in). Full Privacy Policy at dupedj.com/privacy.

4. File Operations

Move operations are reversible; delete operations are permanent. Sindro LLC is not liable for data loss resulting from user-initiated operations. Maintain backups before bulk operations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sindro LLC's total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Sindro LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow this exclusion.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply, or if your subscription is cancelled, refunded, or revoked.

8. Updates

Updates may modify or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms communicated with that update.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved as described in the Terms of Service.
