  • Monthly subscriptions renew every month at the price shown at signup until you cancel.
  • Yearly subscriptions renew every year at the price shown at signup until you cancel.
  • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle.
  • You can cancel anytime online through your account dashboard at dupedj.com.
  • For yearly subscriptions we will email a reminder 15–45 days before renewal.
  • If you signed up via a free trial, we email you before the trial converts to a paid subscription. You may cancel during the trial with no charge.

1. Why this notice exists

California Business & Professions Code § 17600 and following sections (the “Automatic Renewal Law”) require businesses that auto-renew subscriptions for California consumers to disclose the auto-renewal terms clearly and conspicuously. Sindro LLC publishes this page to satisfy that requirement; the same disclosures are also presented at checkout and in the Terms of Service at /terms §5.2.

Prices and cadences current as of this version. The price you see at checkout is the price you'll be charged at each renewal until you cancel.

3. Free trial conversion

If you sign up via a free trial (currently 7 days, where offered):

  • We will charge your payment method automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
  • We will email you before the first charge with a reminder of the price, cadence, and how to cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial through your dashboard with one click; no charge will occur.

4. How to cancel (online, anytime)

  1. Sign in at dupedj.com/dashboard.
  2. Open the “Subscription” section.
  3. Click “Cancel subscription.”
  4. Confirm the cancellation. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

You may also cancel by emailing billing@dupedj.com from the address on file. We'll respond within two (2) business days. Cancellation is free and does not require speaking to anyone.

5. Renewal reminder schedule

  • Yearly subscriptions: reminder email between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, sent to the address on file.
  • Monthly subscriptions: Sindro LLC does not currently send pre-renewal reminders for monthly subscriptions under $50/year, but Stripe sends an emailed receipt after each successful charge.
  • Price-change notices: if we change the price of a renewing subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before that price applies.

6. Refunds after auto-renewal

If you forgot to cancel and were charged at renewal, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the renewal charge under our Refund Policy.
